Our commitment to you

Privacy and
discretion

Confidentiality is not a policy.
It is a baseline.

The work we do together is personal. What you share with us, what you experience during a retreat, and the fact of your participation itself are held in strict confidence. Always.

What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to understand your needs and support your experience. This includes the information you share in our intake process, your health history as relevant to safety, and your contact details. Nothing else.

What we never do

We do not share your information with third parties. We do not use your name, story, or participation in any marketing without your explicit written consent. We do not maintain participant lists that could be disclosed. We do not post photographs, testimonials, or any identifying information without direct permission.

Who sees your information

Within The Clearing Journey, only those directly involved in facilitating your experience have access to the information you share. That means, in most cases, only our founder. External practitioners involved in your care are bound by the same confidentiality standards.

How your data is stored

Communications and intake information are stored securely and are not retained longer than necessary. If you would like your information removed from our records at any time, contact us directly and we will honor that request promptly.

A note for executives and public figures

We understand that for many of our clients, privacy is not a preference but a professional and personal necessity. We have worked with leaders, founders, and public figures. The same standard of discretion applies to everyone, without exception and without being asked.

Contact
