Do I need previous experience with plant medicine?
+
No. Many of our guests come with no prior experience. What matters is your intention and your readiness to do the work. We discuss this in our initial conversation, and your preparation sessions ensure you arrive in the right state regardless of your background.
How do I know which program is right for me?
+
That is exactly what our initial conversation is for. Costa Rica and Colorado offer the same quality of facilitation in different landscapes. One-on-one work is for those who want or need complete privacy. We help you find the right fit without any pressure.
What plant medicine is used?
+
We discuss the specifics of each program in our intake conversations. The medicine used is appropriate to the legal context of each location and is chosen to support the work, not to define it.
What is the cost?
+
Pricing is shared during our intake conversation, after we understand which program is the right fit for you. We do not publish pricing publicly because each engagement is tailored. What we can say is that all programs include preparation, the retreat itself, and integration support.
Is this confidential?
+
Completely. We do not share participant information with anyone. Your participation, your conversations with us, and everything that happens during your experience is held in strict confidence. This is not a policy. It is a baseline.
What if I have a health condition?
+
We review health history as part of the intake process. Plant medicine is not appropriate for everyone, and we take that seriously. A thorough intake conversation ensures we are a good fit before any commitment is made on either side.
What is included in the retreat price?
+
All retreat programs include accommodation, meals, facilitation, preparation sessions, and integration support. Travel to the retreat location is the responsibility of each guest. We are happy to provide guidance on logistics when you inquire.
Can I come alone or do I need to know other guests?
+
You can absolutely come alone. Most guests do. Group retreats bring together people who do not know each other. Part of what makes the experience powerful is the trust that forms among a small group of strangers doing real work together.
How far in advance should I reach out?
+
For group retreats, we recommend reaching out at least six to eight weeks before your preferred date. Some dates fill quickly. For one-on-one work, the timeline is more flexible. Earlier is always better.
What happens after the retreat?
+
Integration sessions are built into every program. These typically happen within the first two weeks after the retreat and continue over the following month or two. The integration period is where the experience becomes your life.
