A small-group plant medicine retreat held in the rainforests and coastlines of Costa Rica. Seven days of guided ceremony, structured reflection, and an environment that invites you to slow down, look inward, and move forward with clarity.
We work with groups of six to ten people, selected carefully to ensure the right conditions for deep work. Every retreat is shaped around who is in the room, not a fixed curriculum. Skilled facilitation follows what is true, not what is scheduled.
The Costa Rica setting is chosen with intention. The Pacific rainforest, the volcanic coastline, and the complete distance from ordinary life create something that cannot be replicated at home. Place is part of the medicine.
The retreat is the center. What happens before and after determines how much of it stays with you.
Two to three private sessions before the retreat to surface what you are carrying, clarify your intention, and ensure you arrive ready. These sessions are not optional. They make the experience possible.
Seven days in Costa Rica. Multiple guided plant medicine ceremonies, structured group sessions, unstructured time in nature, and the full presence of experienced facilitation from arrival to departure.
A minimum of three follow-on sessions over the six weeks after the retreat. The insights from plant medicine need somewhere to land. Integration is where they become part of your life.
Place matters to this work. The stillness of the jungle, the rhythms of the rainforest, and the complete opportunity to focus on yourself create conditions that allow real change. Our venue is private, unhurried, and chosen to support the work rather than distract from it.
Costa Rica offers the natural beauty, the legal context, and the uninterrupted space to set everything else aside. Meals, accommodation, and all retreat programming are included.
Begin with a conversation. No application, no pressure, no obligation. Just an honest exchange about where you are and whether this is the right time.
